The Incubator Project .

 The Incubator Project 2016

Team members of the 2016 Incubator Project

Here is a brief synopsis of what "The Incubator Project” is about:
T.I.P. was created out of an observed need for business owners and entrepreneurs, to have a safe, creative and informative space to, create, develop & share.

As Brooklyn, continues to grow and soar into new heights, we decided to hold all T.I.P., meetings, near the Barclays Center, which added a certain appeal to our project.

T.I.P. seeks, to build strong foundations for CEO’s and business developers. For this reason, we have partnered with a broad network of entrepreneurs and business owners, who possess passion and drive, to manifest their destinies.

Joining T.I.P., allows you to have a home base that becomes your own personal Think Tank. Let us know what it is you desire and we will see you through, to its manifestation.

We have various groups of talented creatives who are apart of our T.I.P community.

This is the 2016 T.I.P Model Edition:

Here we have the beautiful and talented Dominique, an aspiring model and dancer looking to expand her knowledge of the fashion industry and build her fashion model portfolio.

Dominique was paired up with professional photographer Horace Robinson who brings out the best in models through his photos. This photo shoot was a T.I.P test shoot at one of our meetings. Here I styled Dominique in one of our more festive, classy and sexy holiday sequin dresses. With keen awareness of her angles and great lighting, the shoot was effortlessly breathtaking. There is a unspoken magic captured in this shoot. Its something between model and photographer that only they can explain, but onlookers can feel. The Incubator project is a known place  for creatives to come and express their goals, desires and visions with a sense of comfortability, trust and confidence.
We strive to bring each individual to their next desired level.

We not only work with models but we have collaborations with various business owners, CEO's and Entrepreneurs who all strive for the same purpose to join forces with like minded individuals. We have great ideas for those who are starting in the fashion industry , entertainment or arts. We build great connections on a daily basis and we create great networks for all our members and clients.

As we grow our team, we look for opportunities that will benefit their expanding careers. At T.I.P we never hold anyone in a box. We actually find interesting leads and send members and creatives out to assist with their branding and networking skills. We research your market and we gain understanding of your targeted audience. With a few phone conferences and our monthly meetings we then cultivate a blueprint as to how we will create, build and execute.

This is  Kesha a loving mom and a hardworking brand ambassador who strives to make her dent in the world. Kesha is not only into modeling for various designers and artist but she looks to learn and experience building her brand. Known also for her great promoter skills she has connections to  different crowds, DJ's and local artists.

In this shot, also a part of our T.I.P test shoot, I styled her in a simple black dress with rouged leather detailing, form fitting and sexy showing her model physique. Attaching a light brown, sizable  feathered  necklace which  added some ambiance to the ensemble. Showing her strength and her personality, This shot was head on. Once again Horace nailed the shot with smooth lighting and seized the perfect angle, capturing the beauty of the moment.

We intend to enhance all of our members creative aspects and bring forth their greatest abilities. Our main goal is to share knowledge so that we all can grow to our fullest potential and beyond. T.I.P welcomes strong minded individuals and maintains a open mind policy. We request that all our members keep an open mind to new ideas, and endless possibilities.  Allowing one to believe in oneself is a priceless gift. Reassuring one that they can do anything they set their mind to is creative magic.

Meet the talented "Missy The Model" Passionate and very focused she brings her A game. While studying to be a nurse and working to support her modeling career Missy is a superb example of upcoming models of today.  She allows herself to grow from every photoshoot and craves the success she knows she deserves.
The Incubator project strives on assisting all individuals with their career choices and paths. By listening to the needs of our members we can assist them on their journey.

I decided to style Missy in a simple cut out white mini dress. The white dress gave us some contrast, as did the blue high heel suede pumps. Together the look was simplistic yet eye catching . I added in the multicolored necklace that brought the entire color scheme to life. Not to mention the blue streaks that Missy added in prior to the shoot, that popped and complimented the entire look. This shoot was altogether Simple yet Snazzy. With the already established photographer model relationship the chemistry was inevitable. Once again Horace captured the true magic in a whole. The fierceness Missy brought to this shoot has me excited to style her again.

The Couture of a Woman

The body of a woman is art. With each curve there is a discovery of purpose and definition. The innocence and design within is of an essence. The creation of her delicate being expresses every true nature of her existence. From the movement of her eyes and the pureness they prevail, to the strength of her stare and the magic of her visions. The couture of a woman is and will always be the totality of her soul and representation of her character. With great purpose and a inbred blueprint given through scarifice of self; she builds and protects, nourishes and guides. The couture of a woman not only through fashion but through the reality of living is the prevailing taste.
I had the pleasure of styling Ms. Tracia Ham in the Salsa Salsa Dance Studio last year 2015 in the ParkSlope, Brooklyn area of  New York for her very first fashion photo shoot, introducing her to a world of fashion. I must say I enjoyed watching her bloom out of her shell and just flourish in front of the camera. As her natural beauty shines through the lens I decided to create a style that showed her off in her natural state. The all in one lace body suit hugged her every curve. The light blue color brought out her soft bronze like skin tone and made it a subtle capture of her uninhibited beauty. The lace ensemble in collaboration with the gold pearl necklace (provided by Pat's Charms)  emphasized her femininity. As she exude with charm, confidence and glamour. Her presence became quite enchanting.
With a sense of power and vulnerbilty Tracia was the perfect muse for "The Couture of a Woman" She was poised yet unsure. She brought out her ability to listen and take direction well, as photographer Marcus Issac gave her instruction and advice. They meshed together well and he kept his composure and delivered shot after shot, with patience and understanding. The gleam from her eyes showed excitement and anticipation for what was to be captured. An unknown element to her daily routine she became a student and listened keenly to every instruction. With a bright red lip and a darkened brow her features lifted from her face and became 3D. She was alive in front of the lens and wanted more.
Make up Artist Shreelaxmi Patki worked patiently on each aspect of Tracia's face capturing her natural beauty and enhancing it. Her eyes were outlined smokey and her blush complimented the bronze tones, matching together well and giving off the subtleness of flirty yet classy. The makeup ensemble was a masterpiece.

Day to day woman forget about themselves and bring forth a life for others whether it be a son a daughter a mother or father even in most cases a friend. Women tend to  abandon self and lose focus on what is the most important thing which is the strengthening of self. But with all these equations they sum up The Couture of A Woman and allow us to exchange a Hi end encounter with a one of a kind creation, a woman. With eyes that peirce your soul and a stature of royalty The Couture of a Woman will demand and seize your attention.

As today is the first day of March a month dedicated to the history and awareness of women we should look around us and embrace and love each woman we know. It may be a co-worker, a friend a mother or a distant relative who ever it may be reach out and talk a little bit about what it means to them to be a woman and I bet with every answer you too will capture the true "Couture of a Woman".

Sexy and Chic its the EightTwoSeven Boutique

Hey ladies are you feeling like a diva? Well, if your not sure then you need to visit the eight2seven online boutique. Freshly launched this year, this trendy boutique has all the latest and chicest pieces in their 2015 collection. We had the pleasure of shooting the collection earlier this year.  CEO and Founder Nastassia Morrison gave me the honor and pleasure of styling one of our beauty models for this edition of Creative Chaos. Surprisingly all pieces were available and ready for our shoot. I looked forward to seeing the quality and feel of the items as they looked so vibrant and remarkable online.
Ready for whatever Ms Morrisson did not hesitate in allowing us the introduction to eight2seven. Once we spoke and she saw and felt the vision it was all a go. With her keen sense of fashion and strong business mind I knew we were in for a great viewing.  Very organized and professional she made sure pieces were delivered in a timely manner and she allowed us to shoot although she wouldn't be able to attend, with that being said we knew we would have to take good care of her babies and deliver something worth her while. Born in Jamaica, Kingston and raised in NYC Brooklyn Nastassia comes from a very diverse background of people, places and passions, which brings out a unique taste and style. Her desire to share the sense of fashion while encouraging and motivating others encouraged us to welcome her to Creative Chaos.

One of our favorite tops for this season was the white "Lola" crop top. This top speaks volumes. Not too fitted or too loose this top sits perfectly on the body.  With the outstanding embroidery this top will compliment any bottom garment. Here we styled Ms. Fushsia with a fitted bright colored denim high waisted shorts, to give off a playful feel. The combination showed off the vibrancy of the Lola top as we finished the look with the multicolored thick heeled sandal displaying how this piece can go from a Sunday brunch to a hot dinner date. This top is a must have piece. The shoot was quick and simple partially because Fushsia takes direction very well and Horace is a experienced, professional photographer but also because the top sells itself, it goes well with many different types of bottoms yet it remains so simple and elegant. This top is definitely T.Renee approved.

We selected a very distinguished piece to start. The key lime dress was the first item chosen to style Fushsia. This dress is an eye opener and jaw dropper. With style and grace Fushsia slid right into this piece, hugging every curve just perfectly the key lime dress seem to be made for her body precisely. She took control and became the goddess of nature. This stretch to fit piece will automatically turn you into a diva. The detailed design  accentuates your body shape, while still allowing you to move and strut without a fuss. This lime green color is a show stopper. You will be spotted and ready to let your alter ego out. Here we have Fushsia styled with a nude open toe sandal which matched the look simply, leaving the entire deliverance up to the key lime piece and deliver it sure did. Once again another must have piece with strong fabric and durability this will be a closet statement piece.

The Royal Blue Bombshell two piece entered and demanded every ones attention. The blue came across with such authority and presence. With a powerful stance Fushsia took over and controlled her entire atmosphere. With onlookers taking it all in, she had no fear. This royal blue two piece became her cape and she was superwoman of the fashion world, this two piece named "Rosie" on the website ignited her. This is truly one of those unforgettable, lasting impression types of pieces. With a light breathable fabric this two piece was very easy to maneuver. Here matched with a designer sliver strapped high heel sandal and sliver necklace completed a very intriguing evening look as well as a after party appearance. The attached stretched boy shorts with the mesmerizing mesh slit skirt created a sultry, sexy yet classy look. Nowadays women need a balance between the three, and this piece creates it. The Impeccable Rosie two piece served #CreativeChaos.

All items are now available on the website www.eighttwoseven.com. CEO and Founder Nastassia Morrison can be emailed at 827boutique@gmail.com and followed on Instagram @827boutique.  Photographer Horace Robinson from Naturally U Photography can be found on FB at Horace Robinson.
We would like to thank you all for reading and hope you enjoyed. For further information or a chance to be featured in our blog please email iamterrirenee@gmail.com Please stay tuned and let's create Creative Chaos.

June Edition

When you think of the month June what do you think of ? Me, I think of summer days and air conditioned nights. I think about the outdoors and the hot beautiful sun. I think about everybody energy on high. The surroundings just sound louder than the regular day. Summer nights, and the concern about the next cool breeze. June is allergy season and everybody gotta sneeze, but we stay outside anyway. The kids become antsy so you take them to the zoo. We play in the park on the slide and jungle gym. The kids fight to play in the sprinklers an who could push who on the swing. June is exciting, different and brand new. Every year you promise yourself something better. Well, this year you guys have no clue. T.Renee turned June out introducing these distinguishing fashion geniuses. These fashion innovators have talent unspoken of. They bring life to the fashion industry. After today I cannot and will not look at fashion or style  the same way. I'm humbled and appreciative to have been able to work with both the designer duo Keiko and Khari as well as model Mateo. In this great month of June, magic has been created.
June started off with a Bang! I couldn't let it die down the Creative Chaos has been consistent . Today was the definition of a beautiful summer Sunday. The type where your happy you don't have work and you just want to play. The day where you gather with your people and try and forget tomorrow's Monday. T.Renee decided to head out anyway on this glorious summer day, my work became my play.
In this June Edition Photo Shoot we are introducing designer Keiko and Khari and model Mateo through the lens of Ipave. The scheduled 1pm shoot actually begun that evening around 6pm. With the Puerto Rican day parade and life's distractions we still had to complete our creative chaos. With designer Kieko  and Khari based out of Harlem my morning started out on the A train heading uptown.
'Keiko & Khari-Two artists traveled the world;some of the same places, but at different times have connected in one of the greatest cities in the world -Harlem.The blackenese duo has designed a unique and stylish line of clothing -Keiko & Khari. No capsule collection for these newbies; Keiko &Khari presented a sixty piece collection'
Kieko and Khari Japanese inspired pieces were a perfect fit for Mateo on this Sunday. I saw a warrior prince as he begun to shoot. That's what a keiko and khari piece will do. It strengthens and gives you a sense of survival and passion. It breaks the barriers of ethnicity and gender. These pieces are inspired by the melting pot of NYC.
Model Mateo came out to us not knowing where exactly we were located but he had no concern in the world. So humble and ready for whatever. He brought a calm to the setting. Without a hesitation Mateo begun to deliver breathe taking shot one after the other . Even with Mosquitoes coming at us left and right photographer Vee wouldn't let Mateo out of his sight. He made sure he captured the model and the man.
We spoke briefly as he changed. He might be traveling to Paris again. So I asked inquiring about the beauty and the feel. "It felt like Money, if you know what I mean" I knew exactly what he meant even though I've never been.He reminded me of a canvas he was something like art with Keiko and Khari as painters. I was excited and ecstatic from the start.  Standing tall and confident I was intrigued. We wanted to recreate a man emerging from off of a scene. Now this couldn't be no ordinary scene we had to capture his strength and his magical ability to create a masterpiece in front of a lens.
With our flash on low and the sun setting we knew we had to capture more magic and capture it quick. So Mateo emerged out of the wilderness. He had the look the face and the poise everything came across strong. Kieko and Khari's tweed embroidered jacket vest had details that would pass any fashion test. With couture details and hand paintings on the back, this you can tell is a Keiko and Khari signature piece. With a step and pause he kept moving in the right direction he made this shoot turn into a entire different situation "when are we shooting again" that's all I wanted to know. We needed more time (and some bug repellent )but Mateo kept on the go.

We begun to wrap up, just couldn't fight against the light and bugs anymore. We packed up with a sense that there will be something more a definite continuation for sure. Its as though we all felt the same way, we just created magic on this summer Sunday. The creativity just flowed so freely, nobody had to give direction hardly. Mateo picked up exactly what we wanted to deliver, Keiko and Khari made me a true believer that fashion can create a scene and build it your way. With a vision in mind we made sure to capture it that day. To Keiko and Khari Thank You so much for your time and allowing us to shoot your amazing collection. Mateo you already know your complete magic bro. iPave I must say you did it again. Please readers stay tuned. We love what we do and we continue to grow leave a comment or share on your own . Thank You for reading a T.Renee blog continue to create your own Creative Chaos.

Half Way Through The Year

I woke up to the birds chirping and singing a song. The message was loud and  clear and I couldn't wait long. We had to shoot and we had to shoot Now. It was Monday June 3 that's what my calendar said. Half way into this great new year, New York city never felt so real, alive, full of vibrations, energy and drive. As I sat outside once again in my loving Brooklyn surroundings. I observed the actions and reactions of the people passing by. They want action they too want something new. So I decided to give them something, something they were looking for.

The city was hot and busy. It was right at lunch time. Once again we took to the streets. The models were ready and never skipped a beat. The sun greeted them with every shot. The cars zipped pass and the cab drivers were confused but the photographer captured every moment and became very amused. He took shot after shot and never looked away. The sun became his good friend on this day. The city was live and the ideas were born.
We knew exactly what  we had to do, we had to play in traffic now think about it, wouldn't you.

Model Pierre Noel had no fear as long as he looked good in his tailor made suit he was up for the cause. He brought so much energy to each of his shots. Even standing still he said a whole lot. I was amazed at all his techniques.
We continued to plot and plan. Then we saw an amazing opportunity that we couldn't resist the cops wouldn't mind. We were creating magic. We went ahead with the plan.

Photographer Vee continued to grasp, magic shot after shot.Even though she looked so calm and cool my model Imara was concerned about the cops. So we created a scene and turned it all around.

He became a detective and we wanted something more. We were going to wrap up and move to another location but before we did we had to elevate, as the corporate onlookers watched and had their lunch we lifted our models and took a good  look around "they need to get up off the ground."

This shot made me excited we had to go. "Lets move lets go". The business suit against the cool calm denim made me see that contrast is needed and does very well. Everywhere we turned became magic and everyone waited to see. They were probably late punching back in but it was a sight to see.
This Shoot had no designer but the clothing provided were simple yet so powerful. From a colorful tank and distressed denim jean they made every move look like a breeze . The denim top on Imara shouted I'm comfortable yet strong. Together it made a statement. In everyday life pick what you want to serve, but serve it up right. The models brought confidence to each shot. Grasping the life around them, now that's powerful and hott. This was another amazing shoot. It made everyone looking get a glimpse inside the T.Renee Creative Chaos and maybe, just maybe made them feel a little bit better inside. We love what we do and we continue to grow. Thank You for your time and look out for the T.Renee website coming soon.We appreciate you.

Memorial Day Photo-Shoot

                                   Designer:Noah Edwards and Models

The beautiful skies on memorial day was our first sign that we were going to experience an amazing shoot. As we headed out to one of Brooklyn's known areas, downtown Brooklyn in the Dumbo area, the motivation and inspiration over poured and the energy was on super high, we had to take this shoot outdoors.

Full of vibration and fresh with color and style designer  Mr Noah Edwards came through with his glorious master pieces. From the very start Noah's precise designs had my jaws dropping. " Is it Velvet"!? We were so amazed by his choice in fabric for the first eye opener. The outstanding velvet short suit set fit model Imara perfectly as if it were custom made.

Model:Imara Howze

As our director and chief editor of cool people magazine
Howard Tomlinson  scouted out the beautiful Brooklyn area the shoot continued on with one cutting edge shot after the other.
